We specialize in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence (WOC) consulting for long-term care homes, offering evidence-based clinical guidance, advanced wound care modalities, and staff education programs.
Our consultants are highly trained and certified professionals, including Masters in Wound Healing, NSWOC-certified nurses, CNA WOCC and/or IIWCC certified, with extensive experience across complex care environments.
We provide advanced treatments including negative pressure wound therapy, electrical stimulation, ultraviolet therapy, hydrotherapy, topical oxygen therapy, and other innovative, individualized therapies. Clinicians are certified for wound debridement when appropriate.
Our model combines scheduled in-person Wound and Ostomy rounds every six weeks with 24/7 virtual consultation support, ensuring timely guidance and consistent care across partner homes.

Our clinicians have experience managing a variety of wound etiologies, including diabetic foot ulcers, venous and arterial ulcers, mixed etiology wounds, burns, surgical wounds, and atypical wounds.
